Background.

KHP Products Limited was formerly Kleinhuis Ireland (set up in 1997 in Ireland) a subsidiary of the Niedax Group, Germany. KHP Products Limited was set up in 2003 as a result of an MBO and continues to operate in a modern 3,000 sq. m facility in the Clash Industrial Estate, Tralee, Co Kerry, Ireland.

KHP Products produces technical injection moulded components at the Tralee facility.

Injection moulding and assembly are the predominant processes involved in the production carried out in our plant.

KHP Products have Ten injection moulding machines, (Inc Vertical) and assembly machines.The main plastic materials used currently are Polyamide (Nylon), Polypropylene and Polyethylene.

The Company also boasts a highly equipped tool room.

KHP Products Limited staff are drawn from a cross section of skills including electricians, toolmakers, fitters, mouldsetters and general operators. KHP Products Limited operates twenty-four hours a day, five days a week using three shifts and looks forward into the future with the receipt of new machines and the continued expansion of the workforce.
